Community @ HTS

 Community is at the heart of HTS. We believe that being in community allows us to grow in our relationship with God and with one another.

Our hope is that everyone in our church family will find a group where they can belong, pray with others and build authentic relationships. We encourage you to prayerfully consider which of these groups would suit you best to belong and contribute to.

CLUSTERS

Clusters are a group of up to 30 people that meet informally each month. They are set up to enable people to meet, share life together and easily invite others in.

SMALL GROUPS

Small Groups are exactly that! Small groups of up to 6-12 people meeting weekly or fortnightly. They are centred around the “W’s” of Welcome, Worship, Word, Witness, & Welfare. There are day time and evening groups.

BIBLE STUDIES

These meet Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm or Wednesday lunchtime at 12pm in the church building. You can just turn up!

SHARED INTEREST GROUP

A group created around a common interest eg sports, craft, DIY. The key is turning up, getting involved and adding in some prayer. Why not set one up yourself!

BOOK GROUP

A group of up to 10 people that meets to discuss a Christian book they are reading together. There are day time and evening groups.

DISCIPLESHIP GROUP

2-4 people who meet regularly to encourage each other in their faith. Usually involves Bible study and prayer together.
