This team provides a warm welcome to all who come through the doors on Sundays. They greet all with a smile and look out for new faces to help those trying church to feel at home.

HOW OFTEN DO I SERVE?

Our hospitiality teams serve 9am and 10:45am and usually do so once a month (although If a regular serving pattern doesn't work for you, let us know and we can try and tailor things to work for you. ) The team arrive 30 minutes before the gathering starts.

DO I NEED TO HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE?

No experience is required and all training and instructions will be provided. If you have a passion for helping people to feel welcome and at ease in a church surrounding, we would love to hear from you.

Greeting everyone with a smile and a brew! This team gets the hot drinks, cake and biscuits ready for the end of our gatherings and clears away at the end.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

Our Kids Team runs Early Years and KIC Start on Sundays mornings during our 10:45am Gathering. Each session has games, Bible teaching, craft and prayer. Leaders plan the session and deliver the teaching, helpers come alongside young people and assist other activities. All material is provided for you.

HOW OFTEN DO I SERVE?

Members of the HT Kids teams usually serve once a month, although there is flexibility in this if you would like to offer more or less time. We meet at 10:15am to pray beforehand.

DO I NEED TO HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE?

Experience working with children is helpful to have for this role, but it isn’t essential.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for people who love children and have a passion to see them grow as disciples of Jesus.

An ability to work with children and in a team is key.

All leaders are safely recruited with references, DBS, and safegaurding training.

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF BEING PART OF THIS TEAM?

Being part of any team is great fun but you will be investing in the next generation which is increibly rewarding. You also get to meet loads of amazing children and their families! Y

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

The Youth team serve our 11-18 year olds and their families by making HTS a church young people want to be part of. They are the cheerleaders and role-models of young people.

HOW OFTEN DO I SERVE?

You can serve in many ways:

Sunday morning youth: Our young people go to group during our 10:45am gathering for games, Bible teahcing and prayer. Leaders gather to pray at 10:15am.

Wednesday youth: We run two groups back to back with games, talks, tuck shop, hang out. 6:30-8pm & 8-9pm

Mentoring: 121 with older youth for discipleship and encouragement

Ad hoc events: We do loads of fun things during the year such as weekends away, sporty afternoons

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

Someone who loves Jesus and loves teenagers.

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF BEING PART OF THIS TEAM?

You get to hang out with teenagers, what more could you want! You also get the privilege of seeing young people come to faith, grow in faith and share their faith.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

The worship team aim to lead our church in sung worship every week. It is made up of musicians and technicians together in one team. If you love to worship God and want to help others encounter Him in worship, please get in touch!

There is visuals / sound / music / choir

HOW OFTEN DO I SERVE?

Depending on your availability and your role, a typical commitment would be one gathering per 2-3 weeks. However, we know life is busy so you may wish to sere less or more!

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

For our visuals team simply a willingness to serve!

For our music and sound teams, as well as a willingness to serve we would be loking for some musical and sound gifting, a committed prayer life, and a heart for worship.

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF BEING PART OF THIS TEAM?

The chance to join a loving team and use your gifts to help others be led in worship.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

Eating together was an important part of Jesus’ ministry and is an important part of ours. The catering team are people who serve in the kitchen to prepare and washup the meals at our various events such as Alpha, breakfasts, welcome lunches and Easter and Christmas events.

HOW OFTEN DO I SERVE?

The Catering Team serve on an ad hoc basis as needed for our various events.

In autum when we run Alpha there is an opportunity to serve more regularly on Tuesdys 6-8:30pm

DO I NEED TO HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

No experience is required other than being keen to serve!

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for people who love to serve practically, work with others, smile and bless people with food.

This team is a wonderful way to bless others and get to know poeple.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
Trinity Tots is our mid week group for parents/carers and their pre-schoolers on Monday mornings.

There are opportunities to help with set up, kitchen prepping snacks, or talking with our guests.

HOW OFTEN DO I SERVE?
Tots runs every Monday in term time. Most serve twice a month but if you wanted to offer more or less that wouldn’t be a problem.

We meet at 9am to pray, and finish at 11:30am

DO I NEED TO HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE?
Experience working with children is very helpful to have for this role, but it isn’t required.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
People who love children, love talking to new people and welcoming and serving them.All leaders have a DBS checks and are safely recruited.

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF BEING PART OF THIS TEAM?
You will get to meet loads of amazing children and their families and may be the first Christian some people meet.
